Royal Windsor Racecourse offers a versatile venue with 165 acres of beautiful surroundings perfect for your wedding. Your guests enter an island of unspoilt countryside along a sweeping tree lined approach. A short gallop from London, it is just one mile from Windsor Town Centre.
The event rooms have panoramic views of the racecourse and lawns, the River Thames and beyond.
This idyllic wedding setting includes a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies and receptions and manicured grounds where you can take beautiful photos capturing memories to last forever. You and your guests can arrive by river boat making it a unique place for a special day.

Riverbank Pavilion
Exclusive hire of the Riverbank Pavillion is on offer to accommodate either an intimate or a grand event.

Marquee and room hire
Depending on the size of your wedding, Royal Windsor Racecourse has a variety of rooms available and different venue hire options to make personalise your day. Set up your marquee on one of the vast lawns for a memorable and picturesque setting.

The majority of our clients book our full day DJ package. By doing so they are giving us complete control of their wedding soundtrack which eliminates the need for things like organising playlists, hiring speakers, hiring multiple musicians to play at various times, or asking friends to 'hit play' during the ceremony.
Having Signature Moments as your music consultants for the day will alleviate a lot of the stress that comes with organinsing so many separate elements, leaving you to relax and get on with the best day of your lives.
We get through an enormous amount of music in our wedding DJ sets, all tightly mixed whilst playing to the crowd at all times, with lots of imaginative switch ups, giving your guests that "OMG I LOVE THIS SONG!" feeling that will keep your party going all the way to the last tune.
