About - The Lion is a small wedding venue and hotel situated in Boreham, Essex. With several spaces for your ceremony, and boasting a wonderful, relaxed ambience, this property is a wonderfully-appointed venue ideal for all styles of celebrations. Rooted in the heart of the town, this hotel is finished in an art deco style that conjures memories of the roaring early twentieth century.

Facilities and Capacity - If you are looking for an intimate ceremony, you can say ‘I do’ in The Lion’s Den. Situated at the end of The Long Bar, it is a serene space with a dramatic mantelpiece at the end where you can exchange vows.
