Designed to impress the Market House, once an historic Lloyds Bank, has been transformed into an industrially chic venue with bars, food kitchen, hotel rooms and plenty of event spaces to hire for weddings.
They are located less than a 5 minute walk from the train station, 3 minutes from Reading Abbey Ruins, 10 minutes from the River Thames and quite literally a stone’s throw from the bright lights & bars of the city centre.
The Market House has been transformed into a unique, urban and unforgettable space. At The Market House you’ll find fantastic food, a great crowd, brilliant bars and music festival vibes. The Market House has 24 boutique bedrooms, elaborately designed to provide dramatic design and uncompromised luxury. Maintaining some of the old building’s features, the Market House has multiple areas which can be hired out privately. Be it a roof terrace bar or an old bank vault, they really can provide the perfect setting for your wedding celebration.
With 24 uniquely and individually decorated hotel rooms, they are a hotel unlike any other. The boutique hotel boasts all the usual amenities as well as some quirks and touches you won’t find anywhere else.

The majority of our clients book our full day DJ package. By doing so they are giving us complete control of their wedding soundtrack which eliminates the need for things like organising playlists, hiring speakers, hiring multiple musicians to play at various times, or asking friends to 'hit play' during the ceremony. Our set lists for the champagne/canapé reception provide perfect backdrop for a sunny day on the lawn, full of swing and ibiza chill out tracks. Having Signature Moments as your music consultants for the day will alleviate a lot of the stress that comes with organinsing so many separate elements, leaving you to relax and get on with the best day of your lives.
We get through an enormous amount of music in our wedding DJ sets, all tightly mixed whilst playing to the crowd at all times, with lots of imaginative switch ups, giving your guests that "OMG I LOVE THIS SONG!" feeling that will keep your party going all the way to the last tune.
