Music

Although I have performed at many hundreds of weddings over the years I understand that each one is special and unique. Therefore I do not have a preset music list in my mind to play from. It is important to be very adaptable and cater for everyone’s unique tastes and needs. By watching closely the audience in a room, an experienced DJ can instinctively sense the kind of music that will keep the party going and the dancefloor full. I am also happy to play request from your guests (as long as they are appropriate) and I also encourage the bride and groom to come up with songs that are special and personal to them. This will give me an idea of the types of music you would like to be played, and you can also request the styles NOT to be played!

Booking

I thoroughly understand that selecting a good DJ isn’t always an easy thing to do. There are many poor DJ’s who will quote you a very low price which may be tempting but as with many things, you get what you pay for. In my case, you will be having an excellent service from a very experienced DJ with top quality equipment, and above all, an amazing reputation.  Please look at the Testimonials page. My fees reflect the service that I offer, and the very high standard of equipment & entertainment on the night. I am not the cheapest but I am certainly not the most expensive. I am happy to discuss your requirements by email, on the phone or even in person and I certainly won’t put any pressure on you to book me.  I will always provide you with a detailed quotation and if accepted will send a contract with all the details set out clearly.

I am not the cheapest DJ but by no means the most expensive. I am well known and respected at many top class hotels and venues across Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire & Bucks. I also provide the opportunity for you to create your own playlist & suggest some of your favourite songs, to guarantee that you will hear the songs that you & your guests love.

I have a vast musical knowledge and carry an extensive collection of all genres and eras. You may well have a specific style of music in mind, and this is not a problem as I can cater for all types of music from rock, dance and reggae to RnB. I encourage my clients to be proactive and have no problem with clients forwarding a list of their favourite tracks to include in the evening. I will also aim to meet any song requests made on the night if appropriate.

I am now offering by popular demand, the all day package. I arrive at your venue at a time chosen by you, and will set up a smaller and more discreet speaker system for your speeches. I always use top quality equipment & if requested, I can even provide the music for the wedding ceremony itself on cue and if you would like to have music to be played at any point throughout the day, that can be done. The choice of music will be discussed a number of weeks before your wedding, in order to ensure that I have the whole package planned out well in advance.
