Steeped in over 400 years of history, the Winchester Royal began as Lady West’s Tudor home, once a secret haven for love, faith, and devotion. Over the centuries, it has been a sacred refuge for Benedictine nuns and later transformed into a celebrated hotel in 1858. Today, it remains Winchester’s oldest surviving hotel, gracefully blending its rich heritage with modern luxury.
