At Best Western Calcot Hotel, we have three wonderful suites available for use, accommodating 40, 90 and 220 guests.
The Kennet & Avon Suite is a purpose designed banqueting suite which can comfortably accommodate up to 220 guests. The suite comes finished with a permanent large dance floor, a stage and built in sound and lighting. The integral bar is a popular aspect too, as your guests won’t have to leave the room to get a drink!
The Kennet & Avon Suite is also ideal for Asian Weddings, pre wedding events and engagement parties.
The 90 capacity Pavilion Restauant has a sound and lighting system. A carvery menu is available in this suite.
The Loddon suite is the perfect location for a more petite and intimate reception for up to 40 guests.
