Gary & Jens Wedding at Manor Barn Farm, Marsh Gibbon, Oxfordshire

Situated next to St Mary’s Church in Marsh Gibbon, this Grade 2 listed barn is the perfect setting, with a backdrop of the Manor House which boasts beautiful gardens for your pre reception drinks and photographs. We work closely with the Manor Farm Barn team to deliver seamless, high quality wedding discos with friendly and personal service!

We were back at Manor Barn Farm in Marsh Gibbon but this time for Gary & Jens wedding. We decided on the simple starlight dj booth set up with the adj light scanner and two focus lights. This DJ set up looks great in the barns. Its more stylish than flashy and the lights do a great job of filling the whole room.

Gary & Jens first dance was True Love Ways by Buddy Holly. We then got pretty much the whole wedding party on the dance floor and thats where they stayed! I was looking forward to DJing for Gary & Jen as they had asked me for a lot of guitar based music that I don’t usually play at weddings like this. The Stone Roses, The Smiths, The Jam, & The Ramones all went down an absolute storm!

When you book a wedding with me, I send out a song request form. This is so I can get a feel of the music you and your guests like and want played at your wedding.

Gary and Jens last song was “There Is A Light That Never Goes Out’ by The Smiths.

This was one of those weddings where the dance floor was packed all night and we were very very happy to be a part of it!

We also were very please to receive an email from Gary and Jen a week after the event;

"Hello Kai! Just a quick e-mail to thank you for doing such an excellent job DJing last weekend. We had a great day and the music you played was brilliant. Jenny's cousins were still in shock the next day after witnessing their mum dancing to the Ramones! Thanks again, it was great! Cheers! Gary and Jen"
